Commercial plywood made in China provides a variety of face veneers which include rotary-cut veneers : Birch, Obechee, Poplar, Sande, Okoume, Nyatoh, Meranti, Bintangor, Red Canarium, Red Cedar, Russian Pine, NZ Radiata Pine & etc.
MADE IN MALAYSIA
However, thin panel plywood produced in Malaysia offer the strength and durability as it is made from hardwood and the traditionally preferred face veneer for many years has always been Meranti. Meranti provides a nice reddish finish face.
RECONSTITUTIONAL VENEER – S.A. ROSEWOOD
RECONSTITUTIONAL/ENGINEERED PLYWOOD
Using craftsmanships adapted from Italy, reconstitutional veneers is created to substitute exotic species by using easily accessible species. As for China, the usual species would be Poplar.
FANCY FLAT/QUARTER SLICED PLYWOOD
The fancy flat or quarter slice has a large range of patterns and designs from various exotic species from America, Africa, China, Europe and South East Asia.
CONSTRUCTIONAL PLYWOOD (EXTERIOR)
TWINPLY PLYWOOD/SHUTTERING PLYWOOD
Twinply plywood is known as packing plywood for making crates and boxes. The main difference in Twinply and Shuttering plywood is the usage and the glue. Shuttering plywood uses WBP and MUF glue as to Melamine due to shuttering plywood used for barricading construction sites and also cement mixing.
FILM FACED PLYWOOD
The film faced plywood is used for cement molding for pillars, ceilings, walls and other structural construction.
There are different films as to provide different purposes; BLACK, BROWN, MATT, ANTI-SLIP
Strongly constructed by layers of plywood, the final touch of laminating the film on plywood requires expertise to ensure a smooth and even surface.
Consisting of 3 layers of core components, the blockboard stands out in being tough and rigid despite its thickness and dimension.
The core consist of 2 pieces of plywood and a middle lumber core which is usually selected from light wood such as Falcata Albizia.
The face and back of the Blockboard are customizeable towards the requests from customers.
